I don't know how much credibility this story has. Its supposed to be an exclusive and its unlikely the Israelis or Syrians will officially confirm the attack. But if true Israel did the world a service by taking military action against Syrian WMDs.
What concerns me is that United States intelligence services were unable to discover the facility. Just how effective is the CIA? There was no WMDs in Iraq although we were assured there was. However we did find WMD in the Middle East, the end of the Saddam regime put the wind up Col Gadaffi and he gave up his nukes. Ok, so theres no WMD in Iraq were they were supposed to be, but we find them in Libya and Syria were they were not supposed to be. I don't know about you but I'm not very confident about the Western intelligence services, who else has them? Sudan? Burma?
