I'm not sure what to make of this. On one hand I'm very supportive of Tony Abbotts attempts to restore Aboriginal rights. On the other hand I'm strongly against any further weakening of the States powers. Democracy is a feed back system. Unless the voters can see the result of bad legislation there will be no change. The only way we will get better state governments is to allow them to make decisions even bad ones and allow the governments to fail.
