Kristina Keneally (OH-D) is set to announce the sale of electricity assets today for 5 billion dollars. Remember when Bob Carr wanted to sell the power stations? He was expecting to get $30 billion for them. The give away price says all that needs to be said about Labor competence but I do support the sale, afterall does anyone really believe we would ever get any more from them? The good news is that it will be a Barry O'Farrell government who gets to spend the money. Hopefully it will be for needed infrastructure projects not more public servants.
